People are driven by their passions. At Green Alternative Motorsports we are passionate about racing cars, but
also concerned about the environment and global warming. A bit of a conflict you might say, but we see it as an opportunity.
An opportunity to demonstrate that there are choices, choices that are environmentally friendly while not changing the way
we live, play and drive.
Our Mission
Formed in 2007, Green Alternative Motorsports has been developing two LeMans Prototype (LMP3) race cars for competition
in endurance auto racing. Our cars are specially prepared to run on cellulosic ethanol, a renewable fuel that is made from agricultural residue, emits 80% less global warming pollutants than gasoline, and generates
about 12% more horsepower. Yes, green can be fast. Our mission at Green Alternative
Motorsports is to promote the use of alternative fuels in auto racing and passenger vehicles…and to win races.
